Application Process
Admission Eligibility
Check your eligibility through Quantum's Admission Requirements for undergraduate courses.
Admission Application Form
To allow ample time to arrange your respective Australian Visa, we encourage you to apply at the earliest. You can find the Quantum's Online Application Form here or apply through an education agent.
Supplementary Documents
The below supporting documentations shall be duly certified by the accredited body:
- Academic transcripts and testamurs/completion certificates
- Proof of English language proficiency
- Passport copy
- Official translations of documents not issued in English
- Additional documents required for Advanced Standing application (if applicable)
- Other documents as requested by the Institution
Admission Outcome
After successful completion of the outlined criteria, the application outcome is typically released within five working days and may include one of the following:
- A Letter of Offer
- A Conditional Letter of Offer
- A request for additional documentation
- A notification of application rejection
Acceptance of Offer
A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued once the following conditions are met:
- Entry admission requirements are satisfied
- The Letter of Offer is signed and dated
- All required sections of the GTE form are completed
- The Financial Declaration Form is completed
- Proof of payment for the applicable fees is provided

Admission Requirements
For any undergraduate courses, you must satisfy at least one of the following entry requirements:
- Hold a Higher Secondary Certificate (Year 12) or have completed an ATAR with a minimum score of 55
- Successful completion of any of the following:
- Diploma AQF Level 5
- Tertiary Preparation Program
- An equivalent qualification from an accredited Australian higher education institution
English Language Requirements
International students must provide evidence of English proficiency. Accepted tests include:
- IELTS (Academic): Overall 6.0, no band below 5.5
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum overall score of 60
- PTE Academic: Minimum overall score of 55
Alternative tests and exemptions may be accepted. Refer to the English Language Policy for details.
Advanced Standing (Recognition of Prior Learning)
At QIHE, we value your prior learning. Apply for Advanced Standing or Credit for Prior Learning if you meet:
- Relevance to unit/course learning outcomes
- Evidence of skills/knowledge for prerequisites
- Fulfillment of relevant professional body requirements (if applicable)
